How to cook:

Microwave Heat one bag at a time. Pierce the bag 3 to 4 times. Only since Defrost: • 1900W Microwave: Microwave on maximum power for 4 minutes.

Oven: From Thaw Only: • Remove all packaging before cooking. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place on a tray and cover with aluminum foil. Cook for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and cook for another 4-6 minutes.

Adjust the times to suit your appliance. Check that the product is very hot before serving.
