The classic Cheese and Onion Quiche.
Starting with a crisp, golden, hand-finished, short-crust pastry case filled with a perfect combination of beautifully mature Cheddar and tangy Red Leicester cheeses, diced white onions and spring onions with fresh eggs and milk all perfectly seasoned and baked to perfection.
To defrost remove all packaging and leave in a refrigerator for 24hrs. Once defrosted do not refreeze and consume within 3 days.
When defrosted place quiche on a baking tray. Place in a pre-heated oven at 375F. 190C. / Gas mark 5 for 25 to 30 minutes.
