This zesty Lemon Citrus Syrup is great in cocktails, mocktails or served with sparkling water for a take on homemade lemonade.
- 3 Lemons
- 1.25 Water
- 200 gr. Granulated Sugar
- Pop the lemons (rind and all), sugar and 500ml water into a food processor. Whizz away until the lemons are finely chopped.
- Pour the mixture through a sieve into a bowl, then press through as much juice as you can.
- Top up with the rest of the water and serve with ice and fruit slices.
