Shipping policy

Delivery Information

At Eurodrop.es, we've made our transport conditions as simple as possible. We use our own refrigerated vans for deliveries in certain regions (see below) and MRW or GLS for other areas.

Minimum Order: 100€

Delivery Times

  • MRW or GLS: Delivers Tuesday to Friday before 3:00 PM, excluding bank holidays.
  • Our Refrigerated Vans: Deliver Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:30 PM (excluding bank holidays).

Delivery Areas

We offer direct delivery with our refrigerated vans in the following Spanish provinces:

  • Alicante
  • Málaga
  • Girona
  • Barcelona
  • Balearic Islands
  • Canary Islands (excluding northern Tenerife)

Delivery Costs

  • Normal Delivery: €8.00
  • Free Delivery: Orders above €100.00 (Only shipments delivered by our own fleet of vehicles.)
  • Pick Up at Local Store: Free

Balearic Islands

  • Minimum Order €100
  • Transport Cost: €8

Important: We don't deliver to all locations within the provinces listed above. If your address falls outside our usual route, you will be charged €20 for delivery by MRW

  • Spain's other provinces:
    • No refrigeration: €20.00
  • Portugal:
    • No refrigeration: €20.00

Shipping prices shown are for orders up to 80 kg. For orders exceeding 80 kg, we will charge an additional amount per 60 kg increment, which varies depending on the chosen shipping method.

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly (including the postcode). This will ensure that your order is delivered to the correct location without any issues.

Click & Collect

Order online and pick up your order at our warehouse! We'll start processing your order immediately and send you a confirmation email when it's ready for collection (usually within 1-2 hours, but up to 24 hours during peak times). This service is free of charge.

Please Note:

  • MRW, or GLS does not offer refrigerated transport. Please consider this when ordering temperature-sensitive products. We are not liable for damages caused by heat exposure during transport with MRW or GLS. 
  • We are not responsible for any damages to your order once it leaves our warehouses.

Shipping Disclaimer:

Our shipments are sent via express service: orders leave our facilities one day and are delivered to the customer the following day. Because we work with frozen products, this fast delivery method is essential to ensure proper preservation.

It is important that the customer is available to receive the order on the scheduled delivery date. If the customer is not present, the transport company will postpone the delivery to the next day. This may seriously affect the quality of the product, as it is frozen merchandise.

For this reason, we cannot be held responsible for any issues or deterioration that may occur if the customer is not available at the originally scheduled delivery time.


All shipments of frozen products handled by external transport companies are no longer our responsibility once the goods have left our warehouse. We ensure proper packaging and the inclusion of dry ice to maintain the cold chain during the initial stage of transit; however, we cannot be held liable for the condition in which the product may arrive at its final destination. Placing an order implies acceptance that the shipment is made under the customer’s own responsibility.
