1. How to place an order in our store
When you have selected the product you wish to purchase, click "Add to Cart". To complete the purchase, click on the shopping cart in the top right hand corner of the screen and click "View Cart" This will take you through to the checkout process, where you will enter your shipping and billing address and select a payment method.
2. Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is €100 (IVA included)
3. How much is shipping?
Spain
All orders made in the following provinces will have direct delivery service with our own vehicles.
*Alicante, Murcia, Valencia, Málaga, Girona, Barcelona, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands.
- Normal Shipping: € 8.00
- Free Shipping: From € 80.00
- Pick up at local: Free
* All shipments that are outside our route in the provinces mentioned above, will be sent by MRW and the transport cost will be €20.
We don't deliver north Tenerife
Deliveries in the rest of the provinces will be made by MRW.
- Shipping: € 20.00
Delivery days by MRW: Tuesday to Friday. We will not ship any order that has not been paid for.
There are no shipments to Ceuta and Melilla.
Portugal
- Shipping: € 20.00 for any order.
4. What days do you deliver?
We deliver Monday to Saturday, in Alicante, Almería, Murcia, Valencia, Málaga, Tarragona, Girona, Barcelona.
Monday to Friday, in Balearic Islands and Canary Islands.
Exclusive days in the areas mentioned below where we deliver on the following days (the following days may vary).
Murcia:
- Puerto Lumbreras, Totana: Wednesday
- Mazarrón: Monday and Thursday
- San Javier: Thursday or Friday
- Los Alcázares: Tuesday and Friday
Valencia:
- Valencia Tuesday on Friday *It can be change depending of volume of orders received.
Canarias:
- Fuerteventura: Monday and Thursday
Cataluña:
- Costa Brava: Wednesday and Friday
Portugal: Tuesday to Friday
5. How long does the order preparation?
We take 2-9 working days to prepare the orders.
6. How to track my order?
You will only be able to track shipments that are made through MRW. We will send you an email with the tracking to follow the order once it has been prepared and leaves the warehouse in accordance with the preparation and shipping times. When you receive it, you can enter it on the corresponding tracking page.
7. What are the available payment methods?
We accept debit card, credit card and bank transfer.
Pay on delivery only available in the cities where we deliver with our own vans
8. Can I return a product?
We do not accept returns, as the cold chain would be broken.
