Bitterballen 100x20g

Horse meat (29%)*, water, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, whole wheat flour, yeast, salt, water, wheat bran, sugar, flaxseed, margarine, malt extract (contains barley)), strike-through liquid (water, wheat flour, wheat starch, thickeners: guar gum, xanthan gum, salt), wheat flour, palm oil, soy protein hydrolysate, beef gelatine, salt, thickeners: E464, E466, herbs and spices, wheat fibre, flavourings (contains gluten (wheat), soya), flavour enhancers: E621, E631. * corresponds to 20% cooked horse meat. May contain traces of peanut.

Frying: Heat fat or oil to 180°C. Thawed 3 minutes, frozen 5 minutes.

Bake no more than 10 bitterballen at a time in a normal deep-fat fryer. Do not exceed the stated maximum cooking time and baking temperature.

Frozen Products:
Store at -18ºC

Chilled Products:
Store at a temperature between 0-4ºC

Ambient product:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight (ambient).
If indicated on the label, keep refrigerated after opening and consume within the indicated days and BBE date.
