To defrost remove all packaging and leave in a refrigerator for 24hrs. Once defrosted do not refreeze and consume within 3 days.
When defrosted place quiche on a baking tray. Place in a pre-heated oven at 375F. 190C. / Gas mark 5 for 25 to 30 minutes.
