Shipping information

All orders made in the following provinces will have direct delivery service with our own vehicles.

Alicante, Murcia, Valencia, Málaga, Tarragona, Girona, Barcelona, ​​Balearic Islands (Mallorca, Menorca and Ibiza), Las Palmas, Tenerife and Lanzarote.

  • Normal Shipping: € 6.00
  • Free Shipping: From € 50.00
  • Pick up at local: Free

Fuerteventura: Every Monday and Thursday.

Deliveries in the rest of the provinces will be made by MRW.

  • Normal Shipping: € 15.00
  • Free Shipping: From € 100.00

Delivery days: Tuesday to Friday. If you place an order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, you will receive your parcel Tuesday.

There are no shipments to Ceuta and Melilla.

Delivery for Portugal:

  • Normal Shipping: € 15.00
  • Free Shipping: From € 100.00

Price and method of payment

Payment of orders whose deliveries are made through our own delivery service will be made at the time of delivery by card or cash payment.

For the rest of the provinces whose distribution is made through MRW, the payment will be made in advance.

Through:

  • Credit or debit card
  • Bizum

You will receive an email or text message along with the order number and the final amount to be paid.

All prices include VAT

Returns & Exchanges

Returns will be accepted if a product arrives in poor condition due to factory problems or incorrect shipping.

Europ Drop offers you the possibility of returning your purchase within 3 business days of confirming the delivery of the product.

The logistical expenses originated by the return will be borne by Euro Drop.

It is essential that the product, its accessories and attached documentation, are in perfect condition and contained in their original packaging. It is your responsibility to properly pack the products to avoid possible damage during transport.

Once we receive the return shipment, it will be verified that everything is in the same conditions in which it was sent and the value of the returned products will be refunded, all according to the payment method you have chosen when making your purchase. 

On behalf of the transport company if there is an attempted delivery! If the customer is absent or does not respond to calls, the order will be returned to its original destination without the possibility of refund.
