Chunky Fries (18 x 18mm) pre-fried and deep-frozen- produced in a BRC A grade factory from potato varieties grown especially for producing chips our A grade product is dual-store and cooks to a light golden brown with a crispy outer and soft potato inner.

Ingredients

Potatoes, Sunfl ower Oil, Coating (Modified Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Pea Fiber, Salt, Potato Dextrin, Raising Agents (Disodium Diphosphate, Sodium Carbonate),Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Turmeric, Xanthan Gum).

Directions for use

In the deep-fryer : deep-fry the frozen product (500g) in pre-heated oil at 175°C for 3-5 minutes or until crisp and golden. In the oven : place the frozenproduct in one layer on a baking tray. Place the baking tray in the middle of a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for approx. 20-25 minutes or until crisp andgolden. In the airfryer : Bake the frozen product (500g) for approx. 14-18 minutes in a preheated airfryer at 200°C or until crisp and golden.

Conservation

Frozen Products:
Store at -18ºC

Chilled Products:
Store at a temperature between 0-4ºC

Ambient product:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight (ambient).
If indicated on the label, keep refrigerated after opening and consume within the indicated days and BBE date.
