- Oven Preheat the oven to 180º and introduce the product at medium height for 3-4 minutes.
- Microwave Place the meat in a suitable container and heat at 600W for 1-2 minutes.
- Pan Preheat the griddle to 85º, brush with oil and heat for 3-4 minutes.
