Lamb Shank is cooked sous-vide for over 5 hours. This makes the meat juicy and tender. Served with a delicious red wine and rosemary gravy giving the whole dish a real sense of occasion.

Cooking Instructions:
Defrost Instructions: Defrost in a refrigerator overnight and keep refrigerated until use. Use within 3 days of defrost. Once opened, use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
Microwave:
Heat one pouch at a time. Pierce the pouch 3 to 4 times.
From Defrost only:
• 1900W Microwave: Microwave on full power for 4 mins.
Oven:
From Defrost only:
• Remove all packaging prior to cooking. Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Place on a tray and cover with aluminium foil. Cook for 20 minutes. Remove foil and cook for a further 4-6 minutes.
