A vegan alternative to a beef quarterpounder burger, made with seasoned, textured soya protein.

Suitable for: Vegetarians and vegans.

How to cook:

Oven: Preheat oven to 200ºC/Fan 180ºC/Gas Mark 6. Place vegan quarterpounders on to a preheated baking tray and cook in the centre of oven for 20-24 mins, turning once half-way through cooking.

Grill: Preheat grill to medium//high heat, place vegan quarterpunders on to a wire rack in a grill pan and grill for 20-22 mins, turning occasionally.
