Ingredients

Quinoa, chickpeas, sweetcorn, diced red peppers, diced tomatoes, water, concentrated tomato, coriander, olive oil, spice mix tajine, salt, garlic puree, pepper.

Directions for use

Combisteamer: put the content of 1 bag in ½ gastronorm tray. Put the tray in the regeneration oven for 10-12 minutes at 135°C.

To serve cold: Let defrost for 16 hours in the refrigerator in a suitable bowl and consume within 24 hours.
