Directions for use

Suitable for freezing. Thaw the product in the refrigerator for 12–24 hours before use. Add one tablespoon of olive oil to a 22 cm (8.7 in) frying pan and preheat over medium-low heat. Once the pan is hot, cut the tip off the piping bag and dispense the tortilla mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly. Cook for 3–4 minutes over medium-low heat. Flip the tortilla with the help of a plate. Cook the other side for another 3–4 minutes. Transfer to a plate and let it rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight (ambient).
