Frozen, unbaked sweet pastry cases, with egg custard filling Vegetarian. Big box of frozen Egg custard (in holland called Tom poes). Put them in the oven and imposible to have them fresher.

Cooking Instructions
Preheat Oven to 175 ºC. Place Frozen Egg Custards onto a baking tray. Place into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Probe to ensure that a bake off temperature of above 85ºC has been achieved. When fully baked, the Egg Custard should have a domed appearance and when knocked will wobble.
